Frameworks Interserv Ltd is a building services provider, incorporated in Lagos in 2006. We offer the full range of building construction services — from conceptualisation to execution.
Our goal has stayed the same since day one: exceed the expectations of each client by offering the best design and construction solutions, and real value on services.
We are positioned to meet the tri-axial needs of project and construction management — from locating and evaluating potential building sites, through acquisition, planning, programming, design and construction, all the way to the close-out of the project. The same hands that draw the line deliver the space.
Owners should not referee between architect, contractor and facility manager. We carry a project across all three roles, so accountability never changes hands.
Site evaluation, programming and scheduling happen before mobilisation. A week of planning is cheaper than a day of rework on site.
Quality control runs through every stage of construction — set-out, structure, services, finishes — not just at handover.
Many of our clients keep us on maintenance contracts long after handover. We build as if we will be the ones maintaining it — because we usually are.
