1. What we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our enquiry forms:

• Quick inquiry form (footer, all pages): name, email address, project details message.
• Contact form (contact page): name, email address, project type, message.

We do not collect accounts, payments, or any other personal data through this website. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels on this site at the time of writing.

2. How form submissions are handled

Forms on this site use Netlify Forms (data-netlify). When you press Submit, your name, email and message are transmitted securely to Netlify’s form backend and stored in the site’s Netlify dashboard so our project management team can review and respond. Depending on our Netlify notification settings, a copy may also be forwarded by email to our team mailbox.

There is currently no honeypot field or CAPTCHA/reCAPTCHA on these forms. Netlify applies its own baseline spam filtering, but some spam may still arrive. We will review adding honeypot or reCAPTCHA if spam becomes an issue, and will update this policy if we do.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry about a site, project, or maintenance contract.
• To prepare a proposal, schedule a site visit, or follow up by email or phone.
• To maintain internal records of enquiries received.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry data for bulk marketing without your separate consent.

4. Third-party services

• Netlify (hosting + Forms): hosts this static site and processes form submissions. Data is stored and transmitted under Netlify’s security and privacy terms.
• Google Fonts: this site loads Anton and Archivo fonts from fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com. When your browser fetches fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser details under Google’s privacy policy. No Google Analytics or advertising cookies are set by us.

No other plugins, analytics tools, or third-party trackers are installed on this site as at the date above.

5. Cookies

Our own code does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use localStorage for personal data. See our Cookie Policy for detail on strictly-necessary technical storage, hosting-level caching, and Google Fonts.

6. Retention

Enquiry submissions are retained in Netlify and in our mailbox only for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain business records, after which they are deleted or archived. If you would like an enquiry deleted sooner, contact us using the details below.

7. Your rights

Subject to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. We will respond within a reasonable time.
