1. About this website

This is an informational and enquiry website for our pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services. Content about projects, clients, and experience is provided in good faith. Project imagery is illustrative of our work; approved project and client materials will be published as they are confirmed.

2. Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting the quick-inquiry form (name, email, project details) or the contact form (name, email, project type, message) is an invitation to discuss a project. It does not create a construction contract, fee agreement, or obligation to proceed. Any work only begins under a separate written agreement and scope.

3. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate contact details and do not impersonate others.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or spam content through our forms. Forms currently have no CAPTCHA; Netlify baseline spam filtering applies.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape form endpoints, or misrepresent your association with us.

4. Intellectual property

Text, layout, photographs, and graphics on this site belong to Frameworks Integrated Services Limited or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except for viewing and sharing links to our pages in the normal course.

5. Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to receive enquiries. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your use of the site is also subject to those providers’ terms for the limited functions they perform. We do not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or additional plugins.

6. Liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here constitutes professional design, engineering, or legal advice for any specific site — advice is only given under a direct engagement.

7. Privacy and cookies

How we handle enquiry data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State, without prejudice to alternative dispute resolution the parties may agree.
